Fuck I hope you’re right! It’s exciting to see all these young players coming through. Feels a little like ~2001 where a group all announced themselves as NRL stars around the same time.

Yup, but that season would be the best season the team has ever played IMO. Probably 2023 a close second.Big mistake playing that recording at halftime though
i think hand in heart he was my favourite Warrior with Shaun the other one I was tossing over. Most entertaining Warrior would have to be Kane Evans surely
In hindsight now it’s disappointing we ended the way we did last year in a comfortable loss to the broncos. Worse was SJ wasn’t rewarded as the best player in the competition playing consistently to the highest level each week and managing to keep his body relatively healthy. Think the back end of the season his body was breaking down but a great season I agree. Not just SJ but so many going to another levelYup, but that season would be the best season the team has ever played IMO. Probably 2023 a close second.
WTF.Three seasons in a row making the finals including minor premiership and a grand final appearance. Bit more than a one hit wonder. Ali leaving was on Mick Watson

When we were at our lowest ebb and losing 40 to 10 points with 15 minutes left in the last round of yet another losing season, first Lodge stood up by getting into a war of words with Jarrod Wallace "Sign the contract and I will meet you in the ring".
And then with them kicking sand in our face Kane despite having numerous points in with judiciary stood up and dealt out justice with some trade mark left jabs that sent Titans players scurrying for cover. And the following year was 2023 and we had a good season off the back of Evens and Lodge to a lesser extent being our enforcers.
So many people on this site said you don't need enforcers, they just get penalised, let the referees take care of business. Excuse me? Let the referees you say> This is the Warriors we are talking about. Maybe our decline in 2024 was not enough enforcers like Kane on the field especially when SJ got chicken winged the roosters and all our forwards stood around with their thumbs up their Wazoohs. And now Kane is running a bar in England. What might have been for his career.
Looked like he was going to be a solid player early on at the roosters with Napa. They looked like big firebrands but never really kicked on past leaving the roostersi think hand in heart he was my favourite Warrior with Shaun the other one I was tossing over.

You were what?i think hand in heart he was my favourite Warrior with Shaun the other one I was tossing over.
Must have had a salad for dinnerYou were what?
Or a James Maloney BBQMust have had a salad for dinner
Who among us can say our hand hasn't wandered while we're watching SJ's highlightsYou were what?
Konnie for that reason too, one of my favourites if not necessarily an all time great.Tea Ropati, for his obvious joy of the game in the early teams. Biggest smile at try time.
He’d be unstoppable with that game management you mentioned and his early speed in the modern gameHonourable mentions... Sean Hoppe, Clinton Toopi, PJ Marsh, Brent Webb, Ben Matulino,
But can't go pass Shaun Johnson as my all time favourite warrior you could tell way back when he was rocking the headgear in the 20's that he was something special . Imagine 2014/2015 SJ with the I.Q and game management of 2023 SJ.
Huntley Hurricane!Great question bro
Different players at different times for sure
Francis Meli, weapon and never out of the game when he was on point
Toopi, speed and mongrel which we desperately miss
Hohaia for playing above his grade and so versatile
But a personal fave although not the best version was Inu
Good times
