He is not a game breaker but we often find a way to win when he plays is what the stats say.

seriously ? wow you'd hope that's cleared up for jazz's sake - pretty clearly a bit of a joke between old teammates from what i saw

Do you agree with my point that JFH's elite defence is what we need more than Addin's best in the NRL PCMs

Ya I’d trade anything close to Panthers defense and let Clark, Leka and Demtric make up the meters, Barney still there and Fish not too bad himself either. Our D was woeful all year last year and in Vegas

Did Leka not play for Marata’s edge?

counter point: we win more when all of our backline is fit/lose more when we have more injuries

I definitely thought with the tall pines RTS should have gone in high and smashed him. He kept going in and hitting his inside man low. Not smart

Hit the pine tree high and hard. Make him think twice next time.

Hitting pine trees high will be a mid shot not head so you’re safe

Well, after the Raiders game, I was sceptical too. Hoping to see some sort of improvement if anything. After Manlys first try so early, it was here we go again..

Didn't expect this though, our boys put that try behind them and got on with the job.. went out there with a purpose and played like it...
Definitely improved but a long way to go still 2 games in..
Looking forward to the chooks game, they've bounced back too....

Clearly we were all overreacting after Vegas. We should have all taken a deep breath instead of rage posting against Webby and half the team. We still have a team capable of making the 8. Wouldn't trade our front row for many others in this comp and we have some of the most exciting junior forwards in the comp. We should be holding our own physically in most of the games that we play this year. Our attacking shape is still clunky but that is to be expected given the large changes in our backline this year. Taine deserves a spot even when DWZ comes back. Genuine x-factor that we've been missing in our backline.

They will obviously review the Manly tries when they look at their defence.

One thing they should concentrate on for the DCE try. The fact he was there to take advantage of the flick back.

The little details. Be there in case something happens.
I reckon DCE's boot was also on the line when he received the tap back. Shame that the video ref didn't investigate that further.

Not really over reacting. We played soft against Canberra. There were no indicators that last night was coming. I'm glad it did. But I don't consider the rubbish of Vegas anything worth calmly seeing positives in.

Having said that, I do agree with everything else you said.

You know Tom's getting 4 points for that 1 try
True, Turbos try, really happy about how everyone in the team responded to that setback, they could have easily spat the dummy, showed real character to fight back and score all those points, dam, didn't think they had it in them, had my moko with me mr 7 yr old watching the game, with koro, guess who mucked up by swearing at the ref, so moko had to go to bed early, mr 7 said to let him know who won, his dad plays union and I had a great time explaining 6 agains and how the refs are in league with the ozzy teams - best to start them young lol. will remember this game for many years to come and will dine out on the heroic plays of the warriors for many years to come.
