Laban was outstanding, big kid, big motor, got to see what all the hype was about last year. Helasima will be groomed to take over from Tohu. Kid will be some player.

Ford annoys me, runs are so standard and over played his hand at times. Lussick has zero intelligence and can’t count for f*ck. Hanson is small and won’t make a no.9.

Rocco will need a career best season to keep young Ali at bay. Depth at centre and second row phenomenal, may need to shed a few throughout the year and next year, to strengthen at prop and in the halves with an eye on SJ retiring.

Can see the likes of Kosi, Pompey, Ford, Jazz and a few others possibly depart. Depth is great and the young kids are looking like above average NRL standard provided they keep tracking north on performance and desire.

Great signs, early days and let’s be honest RTS wasn’t opposing Manu, Farnsworth, Crichton, Staggs and co. but he didn’t miss a beat.

Could Laban be groomed for Tohu instead? Halasima is quick and a former centre no?

Jazz pick is purely on reputation and not form

He was not good - rusty? when he came back last season

His spot to lose.

Tigers weren't as full strength as I first believed they rested Bateman and Olam off the top of my head any other big names I can't think of ?

Twal & Naden. Some pundits believe Matamua is the best #13 at the club & he didn't play either

Would Toni Tupouniua and Laban be fighting for the last bench spot?

14 CHT/TMM
15 Walker
16 Marata
17 Laban/Tupouniua

Against top teams we need size up front, Tupouniua looks big

I’d start with Barnett and Metcalf

Afoa/Going/Ale/Halaima/Jazz in stock, Zyon Maiu’u too bad didn’t see him much, Sifakula to come back, maybe real impact next year after ACL

Roger was amazing lol btw, all that union tackling training paying off, pleased to see him applying his fullback vision to his defensive reads, highest run meter as well? lol. Monty unleashing his inner beast again, hope this combo scare the pants off other teams
Montoya looked massive today, been bulking up? Or maybe the Tigs backline were all shortarses.
