I think any team will find it tough when you lose your captain. Let alone both of em.why? We are the form team of the comp having won the last 5 and 8 of the last 9. We are at home and in front of a packed crowd. The betting seems fair for once.

they will be missing three of their best forwards for this game too. Both teams are in the same boat injury/SOO wise.I think any team will find it tough when you lose your captain. Let alone both of em.
Gotta disagree. We are both missing major parts of our great forward packs, but we'll be missing a large chunk of leadership. They will not be, if anything that part might improve with horse gone.they will be missing three of their best forwards for this game too. Both teams are in the same boat injury/SOO wise.
Niukore < Tapine
Egan > Starling
Ford < Papa
Halasima < Hosking (JUST, Leka fanboy btw)
Laban - Sasagi
Clark > Smithies
It’s Tapine and Papa that concern me. They essentially still have their alpha. I’m not confident Ford and Niukore can go with them. Hopefully Bunty plays tbh.
Selfishly I hope Capewell doesn’t get selected for origin. (He probably deserves it tbh)
With more dominant forwards and a dynamic backline with no injuries. Lead by a controlling Half and running 6. I don’t see us winning this game. Happily be wrong btw.
I just don’t feel we have enough strike in our backline. It’s a shame Ali in injured as watching the Raiders v Titans game. Timoko side looks a little soft. Hopefully CHT-Pompey and RTS can expose it.
I’ll own it. The boys proved me wrong.we'll see on Sunday. I recall you said pretty much the same thing in the lead up to the Broncos game that we'd get rolled by their superior forwards. Didn't really turn out that way from memory. Dogs have a smaller pack than ours and ended up handling them just fine last week.
Kurt Capewell spotted flying out of QLD Morons
Great news.
Reports from Aus are saying Barnett stayed in Aus, and Capewell came home. So I think we will have Capewell thankfully.
I would go;
CNK
DWZ
Pompey
RTS
Taine
CHT
Metcalf
Marata
Egan
Afoa/Ale
Halasima
Capewell
Clark
Healey
Ford (50 mins+)
Demetric (not sure why he got 15 minutes, I heard HIA but don't think so?)
Laban
Capewell was great in the centres, but we're down in troops and need our best 17 on the field, and Taine is in that group easily. Healey to give us some energy with 20 to go. Really needed Fish this week, someone is going to have to front up to Tapine and Papalii..
Laban seems to have the motor of a lock, if he's done some training there defensively he could do some minutes there you would think.
18th man apparently. Will find out in a couple of hours anywayone Negative thing Is it looks like Corey horsborough sp? didn't make QLD Morons soo team so he'll play us.
Great news.
I couldn't give a stuff about the Australian rep trials compared to the Warriors.
19th yes 18th noIf Horsburgh is named 19th man for QLD Morons, does that mean he can play for Canberra or not?
