🤖 AI Summary

📝 Summary:

Warriors fans express relief at defeating the Dragons to secure a top-4 finals spot, though the win is widely criticized as ugly and unconvincing, with members #7 #8 #33 calling it one of the club's worst victories. Concerns dominate discussions about inconsistent player form—Dallin Watene-Zelezniak and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck earn praise for strong carries #58 #34, while Jackson Ford, James Fisher-Harris, and Pompey face scrutiny for errors and penalties #54 #71 #87. Broader team challenges include inefficient attacking structures #24 #42, questionable bench rotations #46 #60, and doubts about playoff competitiveness against elite teams #23 #71. Despite the criticism, one member #114 argues the Dragons were resurgent opponents and highlights defensive resilience in the final quarter, crediting improved middle-forward efforts. Others debate Backline experimentation #80 #126, though consensus remains that the win's significance outweighs its flaws for finals qualification #15 #53.

Come on now. You sure about that?
I see alot of disappointed people in here.
Are people really surprised with the performance?
After the talk all week about our injuries and last man standing ?.
But we win and its not good enough... no pleasing some people... .

AND I HAVE EVERY RIGH TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE MENTAL HEALTH OF SOME FANS ON THIS FORUM STILL UPSET OVER A WIN.
Well theh were raising some money for mental health pre game today, what better way then to ask warriors fans 😂😂

Ok I’m always the optimist but ffs we are struggling with individual accountability. I’m so happy we won fk it would have been horrendous at my club to drop out of the 8. But we made it bros so Im happy asf atm dammit. Player analysis later on after my negative Nelly thoughts dissipate.

Another frustrating watch, they came right at the end, but another top 4 team would have taken them to the cleaners and lets not forget the Dragons lost 3 players. Tana Boyd showed he's the right guy to have at half given who the Warriors have available. If nothing else, his kicking is superior to anyone else and its a critical part of the modern game. Why he wasn't picked for a wet game last week beats me.
Anyway, I'll give them 6/10 for this game but they need to improve rapidly.

I fast forwarded the game and saw DWZ and Pompey getting put off by their inside men, it’s a domino
First domino - I've been watching Marata super close the past few weeks and it's definitely starting with him. He makes pretty poor decisions a lot, and doesn't have the speed/lateral to compensate for getting himself stuck for too long. Essentially why they've tried to turn him into a prop but injuries have curtailed that.

Second domino - Tanah isn't a great defender, he gets beaten a lot and seems to make some poor decisions.

Third domino - Don't feel Pompey is overly to blame, we've seen that left edge hold it down for the majority of the season.

Fourth domino - DWZ, hes left with way too many decisions to make due to everything inside him. This isn't ideal for someone who's made a career struggling with defensive decisions on the wing.

I think you could put Critta at right centre and there would still likely be trys a plenty, maybe a few less but one player can't fix so many issues by themself.

That’s the worst I’ve ever seen fish play. Maybe let the occasion get to him? Whatever it is, I’m confident he’ll step up because as a leader that’s unacceptable. 2 big errors & penalties, at the worst time. He was very similar last week. I back him to bounce back, but that was poor tonight from our captain.

All you saddies, would you prefer we played champagne rugby and lost or ugly ruby but WIN.

I want the WIN.
Dont care how we get it.
Just WIN.
That dramatic Haka at the start? I thought- Ahhh, That's it we're fucked! Lol.
Can't be mean mugging /Pukana eye-ing mother fuckers than come out playing like grizzly looking pandas aka Jane's dressed as Tarzan.

Too much Kaka , Not enough Mana!
