I dunno, may be anecdotal or misremembering, but I feel like we've suffered from taking an easy 2 then immediately conceding a try leading to "should've gone for the try" calls on quite a number of occasions over the years (and yes I know we basically immediately conceded a try after the
LM error)
We were right on the line and within first minute of the game so as fresh as you can get, if
Metcalf had just trusted himself with the ball could've been either a try to him or in position next PTB for a try.
Oh well, shoulda coulda woulda (a lot of that yesterday!)
