Gets the ball from broken play, probably had one glance there and was able to sum up in an instant they had numbers and the kick was the option........and then executes.

Never thought there;d be a halfback to rival Joey......by the end of his career tho Cleary will pass him......maybe he already has.

He (Cleary) is looking better than Lewis at club level. Lewis did more at rep level.

Obviously Addins going to be a big in for the Sharks. Trying to picture if he;s the difference in them reaching Penrith/Storm levels?

I dont think he will be. They just seem to lack composure at critical times, and probably a bit of direction as well.

Nikora's been their best all year tbh.....an important player for the Kiwis.

Trindall likely to be starting half next year since Hynes seems more like a handbrake. Hynes at fullback would offer more than Kennedy as well. Can see them in the top 4 again next year.

Zero sympathy for NAS. Absolutely no time for the "but he's gonna miss an Origin/a Grand Final! The judiciary are being too hard!" bullshit argument.
It's quite simple:
1. Did the player do something judged worthy of being Charged by the NRL Judiciary?
2. If Yes, was the offence Careless/Reckless/Intentional?
3. What mitigating circumstances might the Player claim in Defence?
4. If found guilty, taking 3 into account, what's the Sentence?

The NRL shouldn't pay any attention to the Player's current fixtures/possible future fixtures that might be impacted by him being available because they occur during/after his sentence. So none of this "He'll miss Origin/games where he could have impressed the Origin selectors!" type crap....
It's basically a "You're not in a good enough team/a good enough player, so you get two extra straps on the bum!" argument.

They'll let both teams get away with murder. Panthers are no saints when it comes to slowing down the ruck. Shit they won the 2021 GF off the back of deliberate infringements manipulating the 6 again rule to set their D line.

No doubt whistle will be put away and the next "crack down" will start when the Tigers kick off next year.

Edit: Yeo is a master of getting away with still having arms all over a player standing up to play the ball.

How about the bottom 2 teams playing a one-off match for an extra $250k in their Salary Cap (to be used to sign new players, not upgrade existing ones) for the following season?
