NRL 2025 NRL Preseason Challenge

Anyone else see Dylan browns post match interview last night? Journo somehow knew he will be Auckland next week and Brown said its for his brothers wedding, although he didn’t sound overly convincing. I wonder if he will be meeting with the club during this time?

Similar thing happened with fish but it was for a funeral.
If you watched that interview believing he's already out the door, lots of the phrasing seemed to support that hypothesis.
Lots of the 'royal we' mentions of changes hoped to be good. The wedding at waiheke (code for a mad butcher wine and dine? Lol) Nathan Brown changing the attack ( we know that can't be a good thing)
He didn't seem jazzed about the season starting with the eels.

I didn't know this game was on until it was mentioned at the end of our game. I thought there was gap until all of the All Star gaps started.

A bit of a bonus.

It will be interesting to see how the English half goes for Souths.

Both of the Broncos and Titans looking underwhelming, Titans just a lot more so - no sharpness for either team really. Broncs can write off given team make-up but the Titans have a lot of 1st graders in there

Agree the Titans depth is very thin on this display. Brimson, Fifita, Fotuaikia, Foran, Sami starting. 4 recent origin players…. Maumolo on bench.

Fuck me that Tom Weaver looks like Kenny
Powers love child!!!

Will be hard case if broncos repay titans with the number of the beast for us. Dolphins beat cowboys 50-8 yesterday too, but I don’t they they played as many of their first grade players as titans are?

Zyon has been pretty average. Not sure if his path to first grade is any clearer at the Dogs.
Jack Todd is the young guy coming through most noticed in that one and they’ve got promising pathways teams for the most part. Bulldogs lost those two brothers that are forwards to roosters, but with Leo Thompson headed there next year he could be worse off? Think it they get Pahulu too, he definitely is
