They struggle in the halves. While I don't think DB is the answer or worth the price he will help.

Oh I think on paper and with the last couple of games there attack looked slick and unpredictable. But this game is just a disaster for there attack for some reason. And I don't think that's because the titans are just that good in defense.

The salary cap in action, it keeps the competition as fair as it can be. Anyone who can add a few away wins into the home performances this year will be right up there imho, the league is so competitive.

Imho the Penrith model of developing your own players is the way to go, blindingly obvious as that sounds given they keep winning. Keep bringing talent through rather than splashing the cash on potential mercenaries. Easier said than done though.

It was only a matter of time before teams like the Dogs and the tigers got their act together when their entire rebuild strategy is predicated on assembling convex combinations of Penrith's 4-peat premiership circle. Don't know how sustainable that strategy is for the long term and it's only a matter of time before all the other teams start copying that strategy. Eventually you run out of elite penrith players to steal. I think we are going about it the right way now by cultivating from the ground up. Love how we are a breeding ground again of top up and coming juniors (especially in the forwards).
