Seen enough. Potential round one team took a decent lead first half, the mix of reserves and first graders didnt succumb and drop their heads to the penalties. Same with the drop balls etc in first half. We on again this year guys, we are fuckin on!

Well I've seen enough, RTS hasn't missed a beat coming back and is going to make a huge difference to this side. Adding him and Capewell to last year's team could put this team over the edge.
Yeah that lopsided count isn’t a good look- the dolphins haven been that much more disciplined.
We are gonna cop this during the season so guess it’s good practice at adversity but the dolphins haven’t been close today

I only learnt two things from the trial: 1. last year wasn't a mirage: we are even stronger, fitter and faster than last year. 2. The dolphins are not a top 8 side.

It's a trial so the results aren't super important. More so as we have seen in the past where we have looked terrible and done well in the season proper or looked like champions in the trial and ended up having a terrible season.
The win is good for some confidence heading in to the season.
Trials the scores can flip around depending on the interchanges and when each side has more of a stronger side on. That is pretty much what happened today.
Overall it looks like we are ready to build on last season.
