Did 6 hours driving today so the stretching was definitely needed 1 x 15 minutes and 1 x 30 minutes

Tonight

Roast chook, roast veg, Thai style coleslaw salad. All cooked by the supermarket.

Stretching my tight back muscles.

Calf raises. Squats. Hamstring bridges.

That'll do. That'll do.

Watched the 2nd half of my stink movie and found it was a whole stink movie.

Shadow boxing to get a sweat up for 7min non stop.

Stretching. Then timing myself to throw 1000 punches determined by my time keeping son using only left jab, right hook or straight left right two combo. Tonight's time was 0.00 because my awesome son never pressed start on the timer until I finished. I wanted to throttle him but we had a laugh. I'll try get a time tomorrow night.

Peace out homies 👍

So after a mongrel of a big day brush cutting I spent half an hour stretching and rolling on the foam roller.

Timed my 1000 punches and it took me 4min 48 sec after gassing out in the third minute hahahaha.

Now I've got a reference at least. Far out it's nearly November 😳

weigh in today 98.4 kg - last week 98.2

Not to unhappy about that. Had a weekend where the diet got put to the side a little as caught up with family and friends for dinners.

Basically 7 weeks to go now so if I can break that 98kg barrier and get in to something starting with 97 in the next two weeks I think that will spur me on.

Have started 'No Excuses November!'

Lets go!

15kg bags of white marble stones x 6 loaded into my car. Unloaded at home. Carried short distance from car to garden. 10m3 of sawdust delivered and dropped slightly amiss so shovelled about a third of it to the righter place.

Stretching and now I'm stuffed

Not officially. I do brush cutting on mainly rural properties where tractor mowers and ride ons can't get to. Like finding electric fences that have been overgrown by tall grass and weeds. Or just steep slopes nobody really wants to do. The landscaping was for me Mrs. She wanted to create a feature garden with potted dwarf fruit trees. So now I've recovered from that I have the privilege of an all day Saturday job.

Tonight I plan to do some foot and leg exercises. We shall see

Nice, I've got a garden I need to do as well. I need to take the top layer of soil and grass off first. With my old wooden handled spade. Keep putting it off because it's going to be a bitch to do. It's about 5m x 5m. If I leave it a bit longer it could be next year's job. Now we are in 'no excuses November' I'm a bit conflicted

See if you can hire a mini loader and let the machine down it for you. Or even a turfing machine that the turf growers use to harvest theirs for sale. Or invite the lads for a half day work and BBQ. Have fun. I forgot my bung shoulder wasn't in best condition but after my gardening it duly reminded me.

I will try and participate again. Probably won't be to extreme this month.

Got a weights session in yesterday after doing 2.5 hours working outside.

I went out on the bike this morning. Not a great effort as I had a mechanical failure so had to cut it short and do some repairs. Then I spent the day water blasting and painting outside.
