This is his 3rd year. For interests sake, when do you expect results from him? He is currently the 3rd longest serving coach of the club in its 25 year existence (worst results out of the 3). He is often compared to Cappy and Elliot, but...

Sticky had runs in the bank with a premiership with the Roosters and a 3rd place with Cronulla. In year 3 with the Raiders they finished up runners up for the minor premiership. I agree there are other coaches with mixed results but I can’t...
  • You are right, games where we get it right (Sea Eagles) and blowouts have been common place. On that basis I still see absolutely zero progress. Go back 20 years exactly and see how we finished the 1999 season, including that famous thrashing...

Only thing I’ll remember about that game was seeing Beales kneecap sticking out of his thigh and the huge divot where his kneecap was supposed to be. Brutal. Wish him well in recovery.

I disagree & believe he has coached it out of them. My opinion. When CHT was putting on these big hits & working his ass off. he inspired his team mates to lift their games. A 20 year old. Not Kearney , Not captain fantastic. Chanel. Kearney come...

Appreciate the measured thought! I have to say I am guilty of Kearney rage. One thing I do believe is that, especially for sports team, progress isn't always linear. I think we can all agree that last season we saw some steps in the right...

Can you outline where you see evidence that we are progressing in 2019? I can’t see it in number of wins (even on a ref adjusted basis), position on the ladder, points for, points against, squad depth, recruitment, style of play, attitude, or...

CNK was told last year if he got an offer to play FG elsewhere he could take it. He looked around and got no offers from anywhere until the raiders came in last minute off the back of Cappys inside knowledge and their lack of fullback options...

There is so much hindsight in a lot of comments. This year has been a 50 cent mixture of injuries, poor form and daylight robbery... more injuries and poor form though. If anything I think SK has been guilty of game style, far too rigid and...

Um in this case i do know the full picture bud, he's family, ...it certainly wasnt the money, it was purely about where he saw his game would better develop....which wasnt here.

Moving to the Warriors for 3 years could kill his career, which would make longer term earnings smaller especially with the current coach and senior group of players. In Brisbane there always able to tap into 3rd party agreements, plus alot of...

What makes you think the broncos have to match or better the warriors offers? Money is not the only consideration for players. We can have all the salary cap in the world but....

I heard Nik Brown on the Sound this morning. Nik isn't a sports jock but he has been a 25 year veteran of bleeding for this club. He was talking about George saying some players are not putting in. Nik echoed that, but anybody who watches the...

You could still be right. In a few years' time we all might look back at 2019 and see it as the last time we peaked...
