When looking at the teams selected by posters on this page, not many are going with Lussick or Healey - specialist hookers. The next cab off the rank would be CHT - again not many selecting him. Most people have been picking Clark and Walker - who would play at 9 , if and when Egan gets injured or needs a break? Alternatively would a half go to hooker allowing Walker to play at 6 - not a great idea.

Swap CHT for one of our young gun forwards and I like it. Bench is far too small ball otherwise.
Yeah if Tohus not playing or injured I'd play Barnett at 13. And like ale at prop
Also realised I listed RTS twice... other winger is DWZ of course
Why? He lacks both lateral mobilty and speed, and isnt a great ball player as a 2nd rower. But as prop hes good in those areas
He was fantastic back in his younger days. Lucky for us those skills have stuck with him to give him a massive advantage at prop. The prototype 13 is Katoa now. *IMO
I have Barnett at 13 to start the games (assuming Tohu isn't playing)
20 minutes there to start and then Walker to come on while Barnett switches to prop

In my tenure following since 2018 - he has by far and away the best success talking to the ref for a warriors captain.
The other captains we had were the worst in the NRL at talking to the ref. RTS, Tohu Harris and even Addin let their play do their talking and were and are follow me type leaders who were effective in their leadership but woeful in any of the captaincy requirements requiring speaking. The Nadir of Tohu's captaincy was the bizarro land press conference in 2024 were he looked really negative and like he was coming down from a bad acid trip.
Both Tohu Harris and Roger were good captains at things that they were good at. Talking to the ref definitely wasn't one of those things.

That's probably how i would decide as well. See who is executing the training paddock moves the best.
