Barnett at the post match: “We’ve been in a bit of a rut and focused on the wrong areas to get out of it. It had nothing to do with people in or out but detail doing the role.”

Are we getting bodies back next week?

Webby “I hope so”

Sounds like we’re heading back to experience…
Did say he’d be happy for the same team too though

Just sat in my chair as some tears rolled down my face.
What a win! Still can't believe it. Walker , Jazz & Barney were immense!!! Taine !? Good game young man. Our wings worked tirelessly. Roache did not look out of place. Charnze, Our spiritual leader. Staunch! Well done every single one of them. You did our jersey proud!!
Agree, Chanze was non stop in everything he did. dam! he is unbelievable!!! bit disappointed in Pompey kept getting skinned by his opposite centre, he showed him the sideline and got smoked on the outside
The ref got there eventually and may have without the players pointing it out.

That sin bin was pretty critical. The ref was looking happy with the penalty. Our guys were quicker than him that it should be a sin bin.

Even if they didn't get him for a professional foul he didn't use his arms.

We managed that period quite well. Got over early when we had field position. Then didn't get carried away moving the ball against 12 men when we needed to get up the field.
Agree, at first, by his actions I thought the ref wasn't going to penalise yeoh for not being back the 10 meters, cos the players said something and even the wahz supporters were giving him a hard time. in conclusion this forum has been right all the time, the refs are against us!!! it's not just my imagination, how many games have we not won because of this imbalance in refing calls???

Watching the replay, how wasn't Tagos contact on Montoya a possible 8 point try
Tago didn't cause the head neck compression. He was nowhere near. Actually my observation was that because he used his inside arm to plant his body rolled. If he was being a DWZ acrobat or like Coates etc he would have swung his body outward to avoid injuring himself. Technically we can put it down to the fact that he hasn't had to do that putting the ball down over the try line in a while so lacks the muscle memory.

WHAT. A. F*******. WIN!!!!!!

Say what you want about Penrith missing Cleary etc etc but to turn up in the form we're in, with the side we had to put out and then deal with everything thrown at us in the first 40 with the HIAs to come out with a win is superb.

Every single player was fantastic today. No questions of their passion for the jersey after that.

Up the wahs! Lets gone Warriors! FUCKING GET IN!!!!

What Ivan was thinking during the presser.

Dude deserves his own thunderbolt gif

Never doubted them for one second…. Just don’t look at my tips…

The youngsters stepped up a gear today. Was good to have some new energy and attack. I thought we got our fair share of 50/50 calls too, for once. The refs did a pretty fair job of it

I reckon one of the things that has plagued us recently is some of our players aren’t recovering well enough between games, and are playing a bit busted. Hopefully these injuries actually mean they come back energised. Would love a mix of experience and youthful dynamism

Did say he’d be happy for the same team too though
Had a Quick Look and it’s only CHT and Lussick set to return, given Egan will miss out, would think 1 of them comes in, probably CHT but maybe both cause having a specialty hooker is nice. I wouldn’t mind CHT to hooker and roache to stay tho

We must have offloaded more in that game than in the entirety of the first 10 rounds!

I almost fell off my chair when I saw a bomb go to the left side of the field! I had to check I was watching a warriors game!

Great win, the entire squad will gain so much confidence from that. First time beating the Panthers since 2019? So good watching Ivan's press conference, ha ha.

Great thing was there were so many standout players, not just one or two. I think everyone else has pretty much nailed that already....

What a win!

I must be dumb as shit then.

Professor X is so smart he can manipulate people’s minds, it’s all or nothing 🤣

Might be because CNK kept picking the decoy runner causing Pompey to be drawn in

IMO all things considered.
Our best ever win
And me and Mrs Ref are celebrating hard.
Has to be our best because no team we have beaten in the past has been at Panthers level while no team we rolled out there were so unlikely on paper. A Warriors B side beat the Dragons once after Red Bull and Sleeping pills, today a Warriors B team beat the Prems, never been done in our history.

OMG I’ve never such a sooky la la press conference from him before. Salty was an understatement!!!
Bro when we were behind in the live game I posted Ivan looked sick in the coaches box.

A lot around here have sycophant feelings for him and claim Ivan loves the Warriors.

Total bullshit, he loves the team he is responsible for and reviles the Warriors when we play them....especially when we beat his boys.

Ivan is dirty because he expected the usual leg ups and easy win over us.

Bottom line, no disrespect but Shaun has an ego that says he needs to be in charge. Tonight we saw what can happen when the ego goes in the dustbin. Not sure of Webby's game plan but 2nd phase and off loading all of a sudden became De Rigour. And it worked, so Kudos to the Web.

I'll counter by saying SJ has a skillset that needs options.

Good options last year, much more threatening.

This year, his options are not threatening.

I didn't see today's style as sustainable. It was a gutsy performance but to rely on that week in week out is fools gold.

Capewell has been a failure unfortunately. Need to get Marata back at 12 outside SJ and things will look a lot better.

Not sure about the left though...
