WARRIORS TARGET SUPER LEAGUE YOUNG GUN

The Warriors have wasted little time trying to secure a Dylan Walker replacement after offering young English forward Morgan Gannon a long-term deal.
It is understood the Warriors have put a three-year contract offer on the table for Gannon to consider who is in the final year of his deal at Leeds. At just 21, Gannon has already played more than 50 Super League games.

He has made his comeback this year after missing the entire 2024 season to recover from concussion. Gannon suffered a concussion in a pre-season game in February last year and give his history opted to take a year off. He has successfully returned to the field this season prompting the Warriors to pursue him heavily.
A host of Super League clubs are also keen to secure him.

Don't like that concussion history….

A whole season missed for concussion 🤕 oh dear.

What dafuq is this? Ginger for diversity? 😂One of our juniors will be asking for a release.

21 means he has no experience nor ball playin skills, or wing ability, and could be home sick or concussed into retirement

I like that we are being active. It is a bit strange with some good young back rowers on our books already. We won't know their thinking unless this signing works out and the media ask the right questions.

The year out with concussion symptoms is a worry. Good on him for taking the year off, you see that more in union than league. A good decision to give it time. You would still want to do due diligence before signing him.

I read Agar has accepted his suspension. He can't do assistant coaches duties on game day or travel with the team. Have we moved him into the recruitment department?
