The dual updates are pretty fucked.

Aitken & Capewell have started same amount of games at CTR - Capewell got it, Aitken didn't.

Purdue not getting HLF

Ford not getting MID

Lawson not getting WFB
That is why I am not considering buying Ford. If he had've gotten DPP I would have been prioritising him.

Lawson i someone every body is interested this round and is probably the leading cash down option at this stage.

Looking at 4 trades this week
Foggerty - Campbell
Toia - Drinkwater
R Smith - D cook
Jenkins - Lawson

Was finally going to trade Tevaga in - but with him benched thought Cook might be a better POD option.

This leaves me 9 trades.

Thoughts?

I like all 4 of them. The one that I think is the best is Jenkins to Lawson. Acts as a cash down and you don't yield anything in points.

Campbell doesn't play RD18, if you have cover then all good.

It’s tight - will need to trade Savala if he’s not playing.

Am also struggling for someone to pair Garrick in the centre for rnd 18 - hopefully find a way back to Kiraz - though unsure how to get there

I wouldn’t be trading Fogarty personally.
It’s a tough call - though am very wary of groin strains in halves - we all know from SJ they can hang around for a long time. I am suspicious as to whether he will start as named this week as if they rest him this week he will get the bye the following week.

Who are your halves pairing without Fogarty?

NZWarriors.com

I have a wee abundance of halves at the moment.
Cleary, Katoa, Campbell, Savalla, LKT and Sharpe. So rd 18 is a big problem.

The original plan was to keep fog but sell Cleary next week .Just super wary of a half that relies on kicking for points and groin strains.
You have decent cover - just not for RD18. Savala and LKT will play RD18, they're just not consistent scorers.

Exactly, either way I need to rebalance my squad a bit but that will either happen through fogg this week or cleary next. Thanks for replying has helped clairfy my thinking, I am going to pause fogg to Campbell and see if any news comes through on the 24 hour team update.

If I do trade Fog this week it is likely to invoke a trading in of Burton before 18 - would normally avoid wasting these kind of trades but as said groin strains in halves do make me nervous

You have two gun halves in fogs and cleary. In the end you essentially want 17 guns. If you trade them all away now, it'll be hard to get them back especially if you are short on trades. I ran out with 3 rounds remaining last year I think. Maybe more...

Hold where you think it's reasonable. I held Kiraz, good times.

I put Katoa in the gun halves as well - so if I traded fogs it would be with the intent of keeping Cleary, Katoa and Campbell til the end .
You're assuming that all 3 go unscathed until the end of the comp though. Campbell can be in the halves, but the wfb stock are so low, it's better to put him there if possible.

If one is injured, you trade in another. No sense in having too many gun halves if other areas are lacking.
