Why did the Eels fire Brad Arthur again? It looks like Jason Ryles has unnecessarily plunged them into a rebuild period when they had a relatively competitive roster last year with Moses in it. Dumping Gutho, RCG, etc and replacing them with 💙 Mighty NSW cup replacements doesn't really make sense to me.

Arthur was getting them to the finals. He probably deserved an opportunity to turn around a poor year.

Agree Ryles has changed the roster a lot and will need to live with it now. Last year I was thinking they have a lot going out but not a lot of players coming in.

I don't recall their 💙 Mighty NSW Cup side being all that great that they'd deserve to promote most of them.

This might be a bit sadistic but I've been hoping the Eels and Dolphins would keep losing. means if we turn to shit less worry for the spoon.

Also two less teams to worry about overall for the 8 later in the season.

All Aussie commentators show their bias, which is a trait that they cannot see. SJ is a Kiwi and we try very hard to give a balanced view.
