One thing I would truly love is to have a pack that is feared again. Win or lose teams feared playing us and knew they were going to wake up the next day battered and bruised. Those days are long gone now but I would love to see some real mongrel brought back to our pack...

Remember the days when opposition teams used to talk our massive pack up .
One monster gets interchanged and another monster run on.

One day it will return.

Yes.

Was watching a 2001 replay on Fox's Glory Days session and back then we had effort determination and plenty of mongrel, I'd forgotten how much.
Plenty to fear with Betham and Campion enforcing and even Logan had more fortitude than I recalled, he was quite physical by today's standards.

Miss that shit.

Was surprised myself when I was watching old games at how good Logan Swann was. I think I have always held a bias against him after his unforgivable non-pass against the Eels. Still a sore point for me after all this time.

Anyway he was a great player and got through a ton of work. Love to have more players like him that have that high workload but also a bit of ball playing ability. Add that to the wishlist too...

First and foremost, above all else, I want to see a much better defensive structure and effort. Leaking over 20 points a game for however many seasons basically meant we would never go anywhere once we came up against a half competent defensive side, and hence never looked like playing finals football. If we can sort our defence then the rest will follow, but if we continue to let in easy points at crucial times, then you will see the panic plays become the focus of our attack. Make the opposition work for their points, build pressure, and our attack will flourish purely by virtue of field position and the players we have in our spine and outside backs.

I think Logan still had a lot more to offer with his ball playing.
Kept things grounded though.

I'd like to see an opposition skipper repeat what Cameron Smith said last year to Cronulla to us.

I'd actually take a shit S of O period for a good start and finish. Just to get rid of the "the Warriors only perform during Origin period when all their opponents are weak."

I'd take any number in the Top 8 but would feel a bit disappointed if we didn't Make Top 6. Hello Home Final in Week 1 or Week 2. Obviously a Second Life would be peachy insurance but heck, just to be in the finals again would be good.

Shaun Johnson to get a 80% kicking record or SK to bring in some other player who's accuracy is better.

KF's name to not be mentioned in the vacinity of the phrases "was spotted at (insert name) casino" or "was spotted with a mystery woman who did not look like his partner" etc

The Blues to continue to be shite so I've got something to hold on to - "Yeah, the Warriors are shite, but you mean to say the Blues ain't too?!"

I'd like to see balls and brains
But most of all I want to see pride from these guys
I don't expect great results this year. I pray the wins will come but it isn't going to be an easy fix. Making the 8 would be fantastic but win or lose I want to see The Warriors stand up and be proud to be Warriors and to wear the jersey
I want to see us go down fighting hard when the losses come. No more capitulations
