GAME RULES AND DESCRIPTION
GOAL Acquire the best fantasy team. Then there will be a voting thread.
Eligible players Must have played one test according to wikipedia for AUS, NZ. or England
There will be 13 Rounds
Rounds 1 to Round 11 - You will each take turns to be Roundmaster. A list of the order will be published.
The Roundmaster will set the criteria of a small subpool of the eligible players who are available that Round. There must be at least 30 players in each sub pool.
At the start of a round the roundmaster will publish their criteria. Then bidding will occur over a 24 hour period to secure players. You will each be granted a war chest of $100 Million dollars to bid to acquire players throughout the whole game.
The Roundmaster will be granted a bonus $5M for that particular round. They can not carry over any unspent part of their $5M to a future round.
Rounds 12 and 13 will be bonus rounds run by Wrighty as the roundmaster. There will be a twist and different rules to be announced later for these rounds.
You may acquire More than one player in a round. You can acquire as many players as you like in a round.
You must make at least one bid per round or you are breaking the rules.
Yellow card first offence of any kind Red Card for two offences and disqualification.
TRADING: After round one is complete you may trade players with another contestant. The trade must be a fair trade and confirmed as fair by another contestant or Wrighty.
Your fantasy team will be 17 players. If you acquire more than 17 only list your top 17 for voting purposes.
Only communicate with other contestants inside the thread. Anyone communicating outside the thread will be a yellow card then red.
You may approach Wrighty in a personal message if you have a personal rule clarification.
The auction windows will be 24 hours. However I hope to message tajhsy for some thread moderator powers to lock the thread randomly at some point between 23 and 24 hours to stop people waiting to bid at the last second.
Bids must be in multiples of $10K
We begin Boxing Day
Keep your Cool rule: if someone side swipes you in this game keep your cool as the goal is to outsmart the opponents.

$100m is a decent salary cap. That’s an average of $5.8m per squad member.

Hi All
My wife has put her foot down and said she wants me focused on her and the family over the holidays and not running an online game. I am sorry but I need to cancel this game this year or there will be problems for me in my personal life. I apologise for the wind up of advertising a game and then cancelling it.
If someone else wants to step and run it this year let me know and I will do a handover.

I was going to have to pull out as well as won’t have wifi access over that period
