The World Nines was great, I enjoyed the spectacle and it can be a very effective way to gain exposure into the US market.

Only disappointment was the BS double movement still short of the line try.. we will continually get shafted under the NRL's administration of International RL, just look to NAS and his NRL ban from the Kiwis test matches?! I miss the Denver initiative and will knowingly laugh when the MMT start to get the same treatment..

Great win to the Kiwi Ferns. They should come in as motivational speakers during the Warriors off season. They could certainly teach them a thing or two about staying strong under pressure.

With the mess that both the ARL and NZRL are in, I’d love to see people with his passion for the game back in leadership roles again. I’ve met him a couple of times and have always found him to be incredibly generous with both his time and willingness to share his knowledge.

Slightly off topic...Ken did a lot of work for the NZRL then got shafted horribly by Sel Pearson. He is one guy I am pleased to see out of the Warriors... he has gone hasn't he? Eccentric nut job if ever there was.

I'm pretty sure that egg Sel Pearson was inducted into the NZRL Hall of Fame or honoured for his service.. that's kind of like your generation playing 1st receiver and giving a hospital pass to the whole backline of future generations!!
