Fair way to get to Penrose, but good luck mate. Can you get Foxtel? Anyway Bruce can bring you the tapes when he pops in on his holidays.
The big cities in Asia have expat bars catering for Australians. One can normally watch NRL games there. Often illegal satellite links to places like PNG.

Now all the forum clever dicks can ask Citygirl about South East Asia. ;)

Considering his limited ability, plus the immense pressure he must have been under in recent times, I am surprised he just didn't ask us to donate the 2020 payments and join again next year. ...

what's that Bruce?

He did ask members to donate 2020 and join again next year:oops:...sounds like he took the middle ground:D
Welcome back Bruce, we been worried about you, where the hell have you been?

Tried messaging him for ages on here and LU as well as his email. Never heard back from him after a year of trying. Figured he'd stopped visiting or checking emails and just enjoying the sun up north...

Yeah it was NU mate.

Jesbass wasnt banned. He chose to move away from forums altogether to concentrate on his small business and family life. Great contributor and did some wonderful things for the club (Sonny Fai wristbands), welcome back anytime.
I met Jesbass boardgaming. He arrived pretty full on. He started up a retail online board game company as well as weekend board game events named Boardgames by The Bay. He sold them both in a few years and seemed to just disappear. I just checked his Boardgamegeek account and he hasn't logged onto it in over a year.

While Boardgames by the Bay has changed hands a few times over the years, it is a big legacy to the boardgames community. It now has 6 weekend events throughout the country. They are fun and I have met some really good people through it.
