Why does it feel like players see our club as a place they can get signed up for big fat contracts and then start playing like shit?

Are we missing a basic level of accountability from our squad and coaching staff?

no. we had a recruitment guy (Bell) who would sign people on the slightest potential for small fortunes (Lousi, Hurrell to name a couple).

Plus we have the problem that very few players want to move from Aus to NZ to play for the warriors, so they have to pay overs.

That has been going on forever at this club Majority of players tend to have a great season when its contract time then have a subpar year the next year
