General What do you get up to during the offseason?

i'm guessing people will switch off visiting here in a few weeks once the finals are over (or just me?).

So what is everyone doing to stay entertained until the preseason kicks off?

For me, the NBA starts back in a month, so i'll be closely following, then a bit of cricket and probably a bit of UFC. Thats about it really.

Long time wait before we get to see the boys back on the field again.

Feel a little depressed thinking about it actually.

Shit, why couldnt they have ended the bloody season on a high so i could watch the replays over and over again thinking there was hope!!!

English football, bit of NFL, international league in October/November but mainly drinking wine.....

Like Lord Gnome, the EPL but instead of NFL, cricket - NZ and AU incoming tours, Australian Open tennis. And I do beer and spirits as well as wine so I'm more of a utility drinker.

And I might watch a bit of A-League and ANBL but I don't really follow those competitions closely enough to really make that a "competition I follow when the NRL's off".

And those boys in tight shorts - I'll do my usual "watch the AFL Grand Final" Saturday but have NFI what the Sam Hill is going on and should that player be in position? Isn't he off-Oh..No offside...um....Good leap, sir! etc...

Christmas/New Years will bring about the World Darts Championship. There are a few other Darts tournaments in the lead up as well.
I'll be following them with great interest.

Cricket will also be getting its fair share of watching.
