You may notice realtime refreshes of posts, conversations if the other user/s are typing whilst you are also on the page. If so, you will also see the user avatars of those typing above the reply box. Likelihood is that you will notice it when theres lots of people typing on a popular thread i.e. Round 1 team list, gameday etc.
This will work on mobile devices as well as desktops. It may not work on work computers/networks where organisations block access to certain ports.
Some users who dont like this feature, can turn it off in their account preferences.
If so, you may want to unclick 'Threads' from that option shown above. You also have an option to have a sound played (rather annoying but hey the option is there). Any questions feel free to ask.

Just a quick note that i have purged a lot of the expired contributor subscriptions so there may be a few regulars who will wonder why they get ads etc. If that was done in error, can you please send me screenshot of paypal transaction and i can fix it up. It was all manual so hopefully no mistakes were made.

Possibly but i see others are getting auto renewed ok. I updated the sub descriptions a few years ago and i know that some expired/paused/cancelled by the user in some cases. For example your one i couldnt even find it in the logs over the past 2 years.
We previously also used stripe as well as paypal. Some original stripe subscribers would not have been getting charged over past few years as they cancelled the sites account for 'allowing virtual gambling....'.
The cleanup was long overdue so sorry for any inconvenience caused. Going forward only paypal accepted.

Sorry Tahjay i didn't realise my subscription wasn't renewing automatically lol I have resubscribed through PayPal but i was wondering how long it takes to come into effect for the ads not to be there?. Thanks for all your hard work, really appreciate it.

IF you were previously using the web app version of this site on IOS device, could you please delete the web app, and reinstall it, provided:
- you have updated to the latest IOS 16.4 on your device.
Apple finally added push notifications to web apps utilising web standards.

Just because Apple has finally addressed pushed notifications for web apps, does not mean they still comply with web standards in other areas.
Can someone try the tipping picks on their IOS device. I thought i had made some improvements so that it allowed you to make the changes via IOS to support it. From memory Vancent tested it out for me. Can someone please confirm?

I never have used an app, and cannot find it anywhere. I just log in on Chrome.

At the top of every page I now have the "install" button shown. On your device click on it.
It will take you through the installation process.
