Said before the Broncos game that if we were any chance of making the finals then we had to go 3 from 3 and there were no excuses considering who we were playing and how they were being effected with injury/Origin. 2 From 2 so far.

Hingano, Wright and Palavi have been pulled from the NSW Cup team. Anyone have any info? Injuries to them, or could they be moving to the first grade team for todays match?

Ata Hingano and Jonathan Wright are 18th and 19th man for todays game but team expected to run out as named at this stage...

Wouldn't mind seeing Hingano from the bench. Luke can go 80, and if need be TL can push to hooker to give Hingano some time.

Would prefer for him to get 20-30 minutes off the bencht han get thrown in for 80 as late injury cover.

If Maxwell officiates fairly then I reckon we'll win comfortably. However if the Roosters are awarded relieving penalties and get the 40-60 calls then I won't be surprised to see an upset.

Is this any indication of how close Ata is? I'm at the point where I've seen Ata develop through 20s and ISP cup, winning numerous player of the day, controlling the matches like a seasoned pro, defensively strong and a superb kicking game of which I'd love for him to get a run at 6..

Reminds me of Shaun Johnson 2011, came in halfway and lead us to the GF.. this kid is seriously the future of the club

He's 18th man. Not Jeff Robson, not Mason Lino. Ata Hingano. Thats a pretty good indication of where he sits in the halves pecking order...

I wonder what time kick off will actually be tonight. Generally the games start 10 - 15 minutes later than advertised when channel 9 shows the game. They like to drag things out.

I know young Cleary is in 1st grade. But I hope it's not too early for Ata.

I would be so but heart if at the end of the day we are 2 point's away from the finals because johnson missed 1 important conversion, i would be buttheart.

i am not 100% sure if we have turned he corner...but if we have 6th needs to be our aim, if we miss out on the8 on points diff in a year when the eels get stripped of points then we don't deserve it anyway

Yeah way too early to make that call. We have seen good performances in previous years but they've generally been followed by a long run of bad performances
