You're kind of being a nazi bro. It's the gameday thread. Shouldn't we be able to discuss the game in here? Comments get lost in the chatroom if you're only checking in every 20 minutes or so. The swearing I can cop, but this is some NU type modding tbh.

Am i wrong or is the Ref giving them the longest hold downs ever. I believe that a dominant tackle derserves some benefit but the rosters are getting away with murder and then to top it off to give them that penalty at the end was nuts. in talking nuts i think that the video ref got both those calls wrong. did anyone hear what the reason for diallowing the second try was?

just on the first half:

BS first try to the rooters, how many times do the boys get screwed on these 50/50 trys. After that the rooters are on the roll. ropo slides in for the ball legs first and makes a meal of it and the rooters score again. Momentum is everything in todays game.

hurrell with individual brilliance on that first try. Ive seen brute strength from him, now I see speed. on his 2nd try I see skill. Keep it going buddy!

Yea feel real bad for Jerome, that could be the end of his season with both the centres starting to step up and locke supposed to be back next week. Guess this proves out the fans who have called for Omar to be on the bench to add the back line cover

I thought it'd be Tupou, with Mannering/Brown to centre and Konrad to wing.

It'll be a nightmare. Roosters will bomb him ALL night. He's probably the only option though. Manu and Tupou aren't noted defenders. At least Maloney will contest every play since he's such a scrapper.

We'll do well to keep it within 13 in the second half without a fullback.

This is the EXACT reason why I hate the 4 forward bench. If Bluey had backed Mara up with Godinet, the Ropo injury would have been a minor issue. With this stupid 3 prop bench we have to make extreme changes to play on. Mateo isn't enough of a ball player any more to fill in at 6 and I have no idea if Jimmy knows how to play FB.

I was quite disappointed to see Mateo and Mara both sitting on the bench at the same time, also. Bluey had 3 props on the field at once. WTF? Rest Mara and Mateo seperately, so Brown can switch between the positions.
