I think it would actually benefit us to get hammered by 40. Then the media will ramp up the stories about Kearny and George. They won't be able to run and hide as easy. Another thrashing by the Raiders would also help. I hate to say I want my team to lose but for the long term health of the club winning now won't help. Kearny will just get the idea he can do this 1st grade coaching thing.

2. After 20 minutes the scores are close. Our attitude stays good and we stay in the grind but ultimately we lose by 12 and under.

I will actually be a bit pissed off if we win this, especially now the season is gone. I am sick and tired of the players putting in effort whenever they feel like it.
Gives us a small glimmer of hope only for them to crumble again one week later.

Can't see Kearney's game plan troubling South's too much, although they are short of a few troops. No James Roberts and two of the Burgess brothers.
