We are still searching for balance. We culled all the dickheads. That was phase one. We are now trying to have the right balance of attacking and defense. Unfortunately we don't have many players who do both well. I'd say our back 3 qualify as well-balanced. Afoa bends the line and tackles hard. Harris is also balanced. We need a big, off-loading second-rower to compliment him. Afoa needs a big propping partner who can run straight after him and bend the line. Paasi does well but someone of Satae or Sao's size would be better. . In the centers, Herbert is a tight defender but offers not a lot in attack. Hiku is a great attacker but useless tackler.
To get balance is an art. But I'd start with a 115 kg prop who can run hard and a 110 kg offloading second rower.
