Just saw the refs miss an obvious tackle infringement penalty and then blow a penalty for a nothing tackle on the next play.

They did that with the SKD obstruction last weekend.

Is this the work of the invisible hand in the bunker? Calling late about the penalty the refs missed on the field, and then the on field refs making up for it on the next play?
