Ahhh! That was ridic, they are getting real mental toughness now, shit refs aren't deterring them, the Broncos barely made an error until the last 5 minutes and they still pulled it out.

Refs just did not want to blow a penalty in the second half, was ridiculous. I certainly felt we deserved a couple of penalties in the second.

I was certain we were gonna lose that game - it's definitely one we would have lost at the start of the year.

Bad line defence was what was causing the problems for Locke, far too much lateral movement from the Broncs, their defensive line was nearly twice as fast, another Monkey in the rubbish..
I hate Elliots interchange, Matagi was very effective while he was on...

Man have seen us lose so many of those games. Johnson took a lot more control of the game today and leuleuai took more of a supporting role. In our previous 4 wins it was the other way round which I reckon was why we looked more in control. Today's attack based around Johnson looked rushed and frantic and Shaun Johnson seemed to run out of ideas. I wonder if this was planed or if it just happened?

Broncos have bought more agression and intensity to this game. I still think we are a big forward short on the bench. Cant afford lorie and peyroux IMO. As long as we can keep a decent kicking game and dont make too many errors/penalties we should come home stronger than them. i think we have the players its just the make up of the bench is the concern.
