Baggaley must've had a growth spurt in recent years. I played some 7s with him when he was fresh out of high school. He played in the backs & wouldn't have been much more than 90kg

Yeah, he has definitely grown up since I saw him last. He was a silky centre playing for Papanui / Canterbury / Scorpions (and yeah, he would have been well under 90kg) - good player with a good head on his shoulders. Glad he's been able to kick on with his footy after moving to Auckland.Baggaley must've had a growth spurt in recent years. I played some 7s with him when he was fresh out of high school. And Acklands try was superb! That last play was pretty nuts.
Unfortunately not, the only other home game not at Mt Smart is at North Harbour Stadium. Although some of those home games might be on the #2 field which has a similar vibe. Will they be playing out there often when the NRL side is away?
I quite enjoyed taking my son out there today. Mind you that annoyed the younger one as his brother went to a Warriors game. He was at a party so I thought he'd be sweet. Said he'd ditch his friends party to go to a Warriors game.
I didn't leave home until after the UFC so missed most of the first half. Having the traffic lights not change on the off ramp creating a jam didn't help.
It's pretty good at the smaller venue being able to get your choice of seating/view.
Thanks. North Harbour will be pretty convenient from my place.Unfortunately not, the only other home game not at Mt Smart is at North Harbour Stadium. Although some of those home games might be on the #2 field which has a similar vibe.
Looks like the Bears decided to pick on their old teammate, Ronald Volkman![]()
