Yeah Kakoi's a beast. He and Siave totally ripped up in the Nats a couple of years back for Southern Cross.
In fact in that year, apart from Kakoi, Nitoa Kairua and Talavou
Gavet (Jimmy's bro) all BIG, quick and highly skillful 'powerhouse' second rower/props. Nitoa carved in the Nats tourney last year and literally bullied SC's rout over Kelston, 44-nil, in the final. He was a standout in that tourney. All of them around the 6'4", 118+ kg, big and powerful.
Talavou's still with the 20s, recovering from shoulder op. Nitoa went missing for a bit but has just resurfaced. Kakoi, whilst having a run for the JF team still needs some good people around him.
Siave's just awesome - Warriors are lucky to have him back. I'd love to see him against
Kata. Hopefully he'll see some ISP next year.
Brian Smith's got his eye on all 4 of those boys now which is great. He loves big, strong skillful forwards which has been sadly lacking with the 20s last couple of years.
