Love your ultra enthusiasm for deleting and moving posts, because we certainly wouldn't want to over debate a point, but would be fabulous if you were less trigger happy and gave a reason for your moves. I post here for the other posters but the one thing that gets me posting in other forums is the micro management of this forum. I'm getting the feeling that humour is certainly not appreciated amongst the mods, so if I'm not immediately banned as I suspect I promise to post thesis posts only.

I would have sent this to you in private but I have no idea who it is who loves this deletion process so much.

Just some feedback, quite certain it will be deleted in record time.

Seeing as this is essentially a social club I'd be interested to know who all the mods, contributors etc are. Who started the site and stuff like that. Is there a director type who has the final say?

The majority of the off topic moves I can understand as things go south pretty quickly with talk on Foran turning into Auckland housing, NZ economy, traffic. The ones I find funny and it is most likely not the mods doing this is the game day threads.

The main thing I try to keep away from is the Recruitment thread unless there is a specific rumour/signing.

The match today the following guys went well ...............................The game today........................... We went well in the game today.............................
Then someone marks it off topic besides it mentioning the game and what happened multiple times.

I can't think of a post of mine that has been moved or deleted that didn't deserve it.

I would rather that happen than have shit all over the place. I have read a thread and then started reading another thread and had to go back and check that I had actually started reading the new thread as the majority of the stuff in it had been repeated - generally by the same poster/s posting the same stuff in two different threads.

Sadly with the performance of the Warriors over the last few seasons and the lack of rumours that come out of the head office there's not that much to chat about now anyway.
It's pretty much just Jonno posting inane comments, I say let him have it. Call it Jonnos weather forum. Least someone will be happy.

I think the mods do a pretty good job. They let posters away with a fair bit of crap / off topic posts. The adding of the funny button saw the verbal diarrhoea on the site increase 10 fold and normally when there is something genuinely funny the joke just get hammered to death.

Not only would I not like to be a mod, I would never volunteer to be one.

I think we have all had posts deleted or removed. There is always a reason for this.

The main reasons posts are generally moved or are deleted is that they are "off topic" or "over the top".

I don't think anyone should take it personally when their posts have been removed.

Alot of my "quality" posts (in my opinion) have been deleted, moved or gotten me suspended in the past....did i cry like a baby? Nope.

Am i vindictive to the mods. Nope.

Do i change my style to please them? ..... nope.

Just do what you do. If you get hit with a bullet. Take it like a man.

Someone great once said the glass is half full. I think that was me....

Hopefully this club turns their performance around so we can refocus our attention.
