I think Kearney is killing the club.

Apart from a few draws the ISP team is dominating weekly. Surely surely.. He has the skill as a first grade coach to blood or blend in a couple or some of those players that are demanding a higher level of football. Create depth in positions, competition for spots etc. he's doing the opposite and for a new (ish) coach he is showing an outdated 'process' of allowing players to play themselves back into form in the top grade.

Kearney quite obviously hasn't the ability to drop poor performers, doesn't have the skill required (which is a key one he was hired to do) and that is put the best team out every week and improve them.

Sure he's not missing the tackles or taking the poor 5th tackle options, but he's allowing this by continually picking the same players who are doing the same things and ignorantly ignoring other options. That's the Kearney id hoped wouldn't turn up to the warriors.

He's basically moulding sweet fuck all is what you're saying.

Picks the same low performing players week in and week out. What a terrible message that sends to the juniors.

He's learnt sweet fuck all from his mistakes and Parramatta.

So they're sitting there, Watching our first graders play like shit. & continue to be ignored by Nostrils.
So the future of our club, Are having second thoughts about staying with the club.

This is the scenario i am dreading. Club is desperate for some big boys who make metres.
Sipley Boys are just that. Big boys who make metres, Dent the line, Score tries with barging runs.
Manly want them. And they may well leave and tell Kearney to fuck his nostrils. Afoa, Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, ,Ogden, Hingano, May well do the same....

I dont want to lose these kids. Homegrown talent we should be nurturing & rewarding the buggers for working hard, & Earning the chance to play first grade.

Kearney is just a fucktard. Seems to be a real arrogant prick.

I use to feel sorry for McFadden when we lost. He looked genuinely hurt.

I hate blaming coaches as we all know ultimately its the players that are letting this club down. However...

- he started the season saying players are going to be reviewed and measured against 'above the line'.
- he said he was in charge of defence and instilling a new defensive starch to the team.
- he said he would review games and pick players who justify their position.

I dont care if he wants to bang the door down with his 'process' bullshit, but if theres one thing i want this club to have, it is accountability. He lost my respect week after week by doing nothing in that regard and spinning out the line that "we played well when following the process against team X when we beat them in round X and last weeks loss was a blimp in regards to what we want to achieve...so fuck it...same copied and pasted team biatches"...

I hope he works things out too. Can you imagine what would happen if we had to get rid of ANOTHER coach? More rebuilding, more mistakes, more waiting things out because Coach X doesn't have his roster... I dunno about you guys but I'd be shattered.

Kearney has stuck by his players through calls from all sides to drop them, and this is the reward he gets for it.

They're a bunch of posers who couldn't give a shit if Kearney gets sacked. It's just disgraceful how they're riding him into the mud.

according to the media barrett was one of those first coaches gone. two rebuilds in his time and they seem to have gotten right. ill reserve judgment till next year when the team he wants is on the field and see if he does get rid of some of the rot of the players currently at the club

I said undecided because like Kearney I also have absolutely no clue. I came into the year as always with unwarranted excitement like every other year. Talks of this magestic line that ones nuts must hang above to be chosen week by week, accountabilty for ones performance. Think I stopped hearing about the magic line about round 4/5?? Have become slightly more flacid week by week, until it shrivelled back inside me today when I saw bodene named again.

As stated by a number of people the club is rotten to the core. It needs a big broom to sweep through the place at the seasons end.

All those players involved in the Pill drama need moving on along with Thompson, Hoffman plus others.

Like Newcastle it may be painful for a season or two but things cannot get any worse then the trash which has been served up for the last 5 years.

I'll be honest I even question JDs ability to get the job done.

Let's face it the period he has been at the club results and attendances have got worse.

I'm sure even Watson will not tolerate this for much alonger, especially if he needs to start Digging into his own pocket.

Thats the crazy thing. They wont sack him, and he wont sack his players. Vicious cycle.

SK said he would change it. Bring it to a higher standard. I think he got the direction wrong.

Btw, yes it can get worst. We've never been in contention for the spoon. But we have a coach who has.
