A great man but I thought that TVNZ 'BUTCHERED' the programme to be fair.

Paul Holmes (host) proved that he is now past it and I believe that they missed a real opportunity as Olsen Filipania should have been on the show, perhaps Helen Clarke too not so much John Key? Good to see Awen, Stacey, Monty, Dean, Frank, Benji and some of the Kiwis.

The way in which he helped / helps people is legendary especially the lady who lost 3 family members in the Haiti Earthquake.

Saying that he showed tonight that he is a worthy recipient of the title, Sir.

Although PH would probably refer to him as "Leech" or something...

Reminds me - this a rumour TBH as I never heard this myself - allegedly years ago some Auckland DJ made some disparaging comment regarding the Sir Peter's QSM, which required some legal intervention....
