Interesting developments on the centre front lately with Goodwin playing himself into some fine form, I am wondering if they are going to put it to Gagai again who is another form centre, I wouldn't mind seeing the him and his cuzzy Josh have a run together the way they are playing. I'm unabashed at wanting Hurrell in there somewhere because I believe he will improve with the experience just like Shaun Johnson seemed to have improved since the Anzac.

The Jersey is bigger than a player.
You wouldn't catch the All Blacks selecting a player just so he doesn't go play for another country.
Both these guys have been selected in wider training squads and in the case of Taumalolo he even made a test match squad but didn't play the game.
If that isn't enough for these guys to stick around, work hard, and make the team then it's their loss not ours.
