Absolutely disgusting. There are no excuses here. None.

Players and coaching staff all hold responsibility here. After the 70pt hiding we needed to show some resilience but also that we had learnt some lessons. Last week was not that, it was fortunate.

Let me repeat, they are all responsible here but 2 key points for me.

  1. Katoas handling errors show he his not NRL standard and provided a huge turning point.
  2. Anyone that has been saying that Shaun Johnson has changed and he’s now more of a game manager. Get real. He never was and never will be. He’s the same Shaun Johnson with no speed. Certainly no game manager. Get Volkman and start blooding him asap.

They will not be making the 8 from here. Any confidence that may have been hiding away is gone. Any resilience, gone. Any chance, gone.

The culture of this club is clearly horrific. It may be a positive culture but it’s most certainly a losing one.

Worst loss in our history, and I only said that 2 weeks ago. I know we have had some low points in our history but this is the lowest for me.
Great post!

Shaun Johnson needs to be held accountable for his display. He literally made all of the wrong decisions and at the wrong time. It’s also unacceptable we shit the bed when lodge & Addin Fonua-Blake are subbed. But honestly, this isn’t so much an effort problem, although the second half effort has been atrocious. It’s a game management issue. Why we didn’t move the football bewilders me. Not kicking on the last. Shit 5th tackle options. That’s literally on the halves, and I’m not putting this on Asi, who’s spent 10 days with the team.
Crap Shaun Johnson played his normal game. Leave him alone.

Watching that whole 2nd half was so hard because you knew we weren’t going to win!
Shocking display from the halves tonight.
Game management and composure left out of tonight’s lineup.
Why is it always the Warriors when it’s a dumpster fire!

I'll be honest, the fact I like the banter, conversing with most of you - and irritating you all from time to time, is the only reason I still come to the site.

I legit can't call myself a supporter anymore because this cesspool of a club is just too dumb to stop repeating mistakes over and over and over again.

I'm not angry, just bored and tired.

One thing I would say, is that before Kennedy was sent off we were playing as well as we possibly could and the Sharks still looked like they were coming over the top of us. We might have escaped another 60-70 pointer today.
