We've had a great start to the year and come up against one of the better teams who look like they've played themselves into a bit of form.

Well be doing it tough and like a few have said on here, it's a pretty tall order against the Sharks at home.

Imo we have a 2022 Cowboys look/vibe about us. They had a massive turn around defensively from 2021, started relatively well, but then from Rd 7 their attack clicked and scored 30+ points in like 8 of their next 9 games.

But, they still struggled against the top teams, which I think we will as well.

Its all about attitude for me - we've shown great attitude so far, but now we come up against a very strong team at home where no one is giving us a chance. Even if we go down I want to see that effort and desperation on defence we've been showing. We do that and we'll for sure win more games than we lose

I guess it is to be expected , the Sharks are not that far below us on the ladder.
Their defence isn't as good as ours, maybe the Aussies don't check such stats.

Volkman has been the leading kicker in NSW Cup and is 1st for kick metres in the whole competition, averaging 323 kicking metres per game.

He is going to take pressure of Shaun Johnson for kicking and also the attack because it was one way and one option with Te Maire Martin.

Both Shaun Johnson and Te Maire Martin have 2 try assists and 2 forced drop outs each for this year, while Te Maire Martin has 5 line break assists to SJs 3, so it's looking reasonably even in what they've been able to contribute to our attack.

Kicking wise I can't argue, TMMs barely averaging 40m a game.
