Yep same, a lot of us on here are ultra critical, but I believe when something seems like a genuine big change Im all for giving credit. I just hope the boys buy into being accountable for their mistakes and working with the coach on a plan to improve it, ie Kosi is a big example of the outcome.

Hes so smart like Cleary and has the words like Anderson. I think in some ways he is even better. He knows he has a big lot of loyalty from the Warriors, but I think hes wanting results this season not next. Transparent, honest, inspiring, good coach and wont put up with people not being honest about their fitness, game day intensity and taking ownership in his process of self video review analysis each round before comparing with Webby. Love it.

And the team, I just love, we will need to look for another quality enforcer if AFB leaves, but outside that, we have SO much depth all of a sudden. I hope the attempt to have your kiwis look at the Warriors as the ultimate gateway to the NRL, but that will take some sucess.
the thing about Webster is that like Cleary had had been at the club so he knew what he was getting into.

one big change is the owner, and he is way better than the grifter.

Lets be honest here, this is classic warriors get pumped by a pretty understrength contender team, If we can jag a win.... even a one point win ill start to believe that the culture has changed
If we do win this I'll definitely start believing in the webolution, even though the narrative will be about how decimated the Crooks lineup was etc. Still a lot of elite talent in their 17. Going into the Cows game 2/2 would be a massive achievement.

Fonzie - following on from your cohesion podcast, how do you think the roosters middle forward cohesion will fare with so many injuries?
We should have them in the middle. It’s a bit like the All Stars game - can a gun backline beat a dominant middle?

True that. Shades of the Kiwis Aus WC semi too. Stronger kiwi middle but Roos still closed it out

Similar to week 1 I think, we might need to wait out the first 20 or 30 before we start to dominate

To be honest. I think this game will come down to the ref. Unfortunately.

We've had some classic games against the chooks over the years, we still have the wood on them over the long term, even last year we were the better team, we just got robbed. All being equal we will compete with them. A 31-30 would be epic!

I put my money on the culture changing.

Brown was a very nice guy, who the players liked, and he had been a fantastic player. However deep down he lacked self confidence and that affected the team.

If anybody doubts that just remember the face slap on Trent Barrett.

Webster speaks like he means it, he has confidence in what he says.

OK at the top we have a loose cannon in Mohawk, but before him we didn't even have that.

Maybe not a win, but I may even put some money on the boys. $3.65 for head to head with the Roosters pack weakened is interesting.

Joey Many always turns up against us though.

i really rate their 1-7 but when that forward pack and the bench leave alot to be desired compared to roosters teams in the past. truth is we stop them going forward what time will their halves have to do anything.

This tells me that they have bought into who he is, what he says and what his plan and vision is for the warriors. on the opposite i don't think brown had a really good plan or he just had some cookie cutter plan without looking at the strengths and weaknesses of the players we had.
