Good to see the Warriors return to the preseason plan of pounding sides to death.
They have a very small back row this week, So I think they have done the right thing in putting the Panzer division on the bench.
By the time
Addin Fonua-Blake and
Lodge have finished thumping the Sharks at the outset, those bigger boys we have courtesy of using three props will have impact.
Bout time we went out there to intimidate.
Picking
Ben Murdoch-Masila will have a much bigger contribution due to that configuration.
I imagine in the sheds before kick off, that our gang of up front thugs will be puffing out their chests and lifting their shoulders knowing that is the biggest Warriors bench since the Anderson era and definitely the fittest biggest up front combo this club has ever seen.
Love it Brown, stick with it mate, smash some dudes over.
Biggest news is the possible return of
Walsh and
Kodi obviously, that could save our arses. Hope
Sean O'Sullivan has a blinder with his very limited tool box.
Clearly, if we want to win, we have to keep possession so that the big dude factory gets fed and the sharks have to take it.
Berry vs
Montoya, both playing for a spot in the Centre‘s next week beside
Aitken. Looks like
Pompey has slipped down in the pecking order.
I get what you mean by these two playing for a spot, because this is true of every game, however I cannot see how
Berry is ahead of
Montoya based on Montoyas form this season.
And I really really like
Berry and think he is the heir apparent, just not now at the expense of
Montoya.
Shame they had to split the two ex Bulldogs edge. They are tight.
However it is the right decision, to play
Berry next to a specialist defensive Winger...rather than next to Roger.
Hope
Egan stays fit, he will roll the thunder down town, shock and awe.
Hope
Kodi and
Sean O'Sullivan snag a few repeat sets in the in goal to really kill these guys with punch.
Hoping for a lot I know.
But that is the way of the Warrior.
