We just can't catch a break finally get Curran back and then Aitken is out.

Hopefully Addin Fonua-Blake is in to the squad as that bench is seriously weak

And Ben Murdoch-Masila, get one big body back and immediately lose one, we get no luck.

Origin star Lui made some post contact meters last week though before he got gassed, he might come into some handy form.

What are our strengths?

Heard peeps on here say our forward pack but tbh ive seen weaker packs of yesteryear that would still piss all over this mob. We dont really have line busters, we dont dominate the ruck, 2nd phase game seems non existent, no strike out wide, halves that struggle.

The buzz talk atm seems to be figure out the identity of the club and play like that.....we used to have an identity like that but tbh, through successive coaches we seem not to have any identity and just this weak, muddling style of game......ive struggled to see what type of team we're trying to be for a long time now.

As a team we have no strengths. watching the game on the weekend what did we do well over a consistent period of time? nothing. to me its the symptom of someone coming in and wanting to apply the standard winning system the storm have created. They moved a whole bunch of players on. brought in a whole bunch of players hoping someone these square pegs will fit into round holes. i understand we have alot of injuries and blokes have left but part of recruitment is your depth. we dont have that. every player of depth should truly be next man up and while they may not be as good as the person they replace they should know what their job is. part of our problem is we outside a few players we have athletes not footy players. a footy player has a high IQ and knows what needs to be in their position at any point in the game no matter the scenario. our blokes are still learning rugby league and just look legit clueless out there.

all our players have strengths even roco berry. It just takes a smart man to not go down the cookie cutter way and try and create something new. The NRL is a now a copy cat league. everyone tries to copy what the storm, roosters and now panthers are doing. the success is right there and thats why you are exactly right with coaches coming in and coaching what ever we had out of us and made us try and play "winning" footy. Have you notice not matter who you talk to(im talking especially fans of other teams) everyone remembers the 02 warriors even the 2011 warriors. that 02 was something legitimately magic. the brand of football breathtaking and entertaining for the time. i think its for that very reason people want the walker bros. its outside the box and would break the mould of what footy is today. at least it would be a hell of alot more unpredictable and potentially more entertaining than what we dished up against the sharks.

They claim to coach safety first footy by identifying the team's deficiencies and eliminating the time spent in play where they could get exposed We have so many deficiencies they should have a lot to work with, they'll have to reinvent the game to suit our boys.

i dont think our lord and saviour robbo really understands that the warriors (any sporting team for that matter) is in the entertainment business. now im not saying the walker bros are the answer and for the record ive never really wanted them but they would solve some problems i guess. Like you mentioned they would bring some sort of excitement and my god would the interest in the warriors and how they go with the walker bros be through the roof. we keep getting more games like we did on saturday i really see the masses just switching off and not watching. i know i spend most of my time on my phone instead of paying attention.

Yeah when we start letting in try after try my eyes glaze over and my conscious mind tries to block out what I'm witnessing, I think they've given me ptsd.
