Pick Your Team Round 4 - Panthers vs Warriors

1590877130423

After the Round 3 game against the St George Dragons do you want to see any changes for the Round 4 game against the Penrith Panthers.

Promotions?
Demotions?
Any new injury concerns?
Any returning players?
Any tweaks to the bench

Discuss.....

I dont really think you can drop anyone after that performance.

Fusitua in for Hiku if he is injured. Really dont want to ever see Pompey in first grade again.

Hope Nikorima gets kept in the halves now, can see Kearney putting him back on the bench in a few games time. He really added spark. He just hasnt been given a real crack to play in the halves for us.

I'd imagine that Faamausili will be popped in, why would the Roosters lend him to us unless he's going to play but who would you put him in for, one of the bench forwards I guess but they all played really well today.

No reports on when Fusitua is allowed back but he arrived in Aus by May 13, so he's presumably done his 14 days isolation away from the team. If he's a no go then Herbert to centre and Pompey to wing.

King Vuni needs to be rewarded for his performance yesterday by keeping his bench spot over Murchie. Really surprised me yesterday, absolute bruiser on defence - reminds me a lot of Ukuma Ta'ai. Murchie to come in for Blair as soon as his effort starts to drop off - which will inevitably happen.

Tempted to put King Vuni in over Murchie. Really surprised me yesterday, absolute bruiser on defence - reminds me a lot of Ukuma Ta'ai.

NO to Pompey. He is slow and not up to first grade form.

The forgotten guy, Hayze should be ahead of him.

Does anybody have question marks over Egan?

Looks like Egan has lost all confidence in his running ability. Anyone who watched him in the Panthers U20's would know that he was an absolute freak running from dummy half - so I'm not too sure whats happened to him, whether he's nursing an injury or something. Still definitely worth persisting with in the starting spot as he manages the tempo of the attack well. Plus I like what Lawton brings from the bench as oppose to starting him. Nobody knows whether Roache will be fit this season - obviously he has the most potential of the three.

Pompey in because lack of anybody else. Hayze is not big enough or fast enough to be playing wing. Atleast Pompey has the size. Hayze to centre is an option as he has the ball playing ability.

Jazz is also back ? SK lots to um an ah about this week.
Reports were that the match against Cowboys was his earliest possible return - with it more likely to be a couple weeks after that.

I cant see anybody being dropped on form so if Hiku and King are out I would put Herberbert to Centre or Fusitua if available with Perham on the Wing. Bit of a choice for bench with Burr Curran and the loan guy.
I say the Loan guy plays if we are short and he is the best option. However, we don't owe him any playing time. Would prefer if it comes down to a rub of the green that we favour guys on our roster.

Beale was solid without being spectacular. Great effort to get out there after such a major injury. I did noticed he was clutching his knee a few times. Hopefully he gets his confidence back and it’s 100%.

Him and Hiku should be our first choice centres (if Fusitua goes to the wing). I hope to see home return to form if he can get an extended run.

I thought Egan was great, especially his distribution from hooker, would probably be the best we have in the club in the moment.

His running and kicking game will develop as well, I like him.

Didn’t think he was too bad but his no look passes gave me the shits, completely missed the mark a couple of times
