As a Blues fan it still hurts to say this, but boy could we loan the Crusaders forward pack for a few weeks, that’s the type of play/players we need at our club!

I think Katoa has to get a run. At worst as a middle forward. His aggression and athletic ability sets him apart from the safe options that can play ahead of him

Totally agree. The other "second rowers" are plodders at best, at least Katoa has natural talents.

Walsh has been named in the extended squad for Origin 2, depending when they travel he may not play for us if he doesn't get released in time.

The Origin sides usually release the players back to their squads that aren't in the 18.

No point in posting my team then, I was just about to post the exact same lineup but Curran at 12 for Sironen (Did JC pick up an injury that I am not aware of or did you just forget him??)

I like the idea of Asi at 4, he could potentially take some playmaking responsibility off of Volkman when necessary - Would name Aitken there instead but our forward depth isn't pretty enough.

Lussick has been going really good when on the field and with Egan seemingly picking up a knock every week, I think we need to have a specialist Hooker at 14, mind you we wouldn't have scored a point in the weekend had it not been for Chanels kicking from dummy half
