I would play the same starting team if Fusitua isn't recovered yet. Remove AK from the bench and put another forward in.

I know everyone's been bagging Ashford and Beale a bit and wanting to get Herb and Fusitua back in asap but I can't help feel even though they are athletically inferior they make better decisions and overall fit into the team unit better. I also like having AK on bench simply because he covers so many god damn positions.

Definitely smarter footballers with their experience over atheism.

They got owned by sivo in that try but got it together for the rest of the game. probably fired them up. No one likes being man-handled like that.

Giving Fusitua and Herbert a break from FG is a good thing. They can come back fresh.

Papalii needs a break too. I think he could be mentally fatigued playing 80mins every week. Needs a break to freshen up.

I want to see the team kick on, but whats the point of wrecking Roger Tuivasa-Sheck or Tevanga, with that level of incompetence in charge of the game.

For the first time this season I am really down on the NRL. its a fucken cluster fuck of inepptitude.

It’s a dirty word particularly in Sydney, but I think the idea was correct if not the execution. How Perth, Brisbane 2, Wollongong and Adelaide are gone (as well as Gold Coast temporarily) but we still have too many Sydney teams is nuts. Another example of Sydney having too much influence

Unfortunately all the players will go play Nrl for another club. Nothing like getting paid for playing footy.

My first reaction was why would you do that when AK was Center of the year in ISP in 2018, Chanel Harris-Tavita's defence was good last week and he has a bit of pace so might be worth a crack but makes me a bit nervous chucking a rookie at Center.

any ‘good solid tackle’ is a send off offence - if your not actually British 🇬🇧

Luke probably being out really sucks. He was starting to find very good form.

Can Lawton play 80 minutes at a high level is the question? Tevaga may have to play hooker for a while. I really like him at 13 though. Or Nikorima starts at 6 and moves to hooker when Chanel Harris-Tavita comes on.

Another option is to start with Nikorima at hooker and leave Chanel Harris-Tavita at 6. Then have Lawton/AK on the bench. I like this much better.

Herbert hopefully comes in for Ayshford and Fusitua for Beale.

With Luke available I would say the game is 50/50. Has to be 60/40 in Raiders favour although they have a 5 day turnaround which works in our favour.

Are you forgetting the final round-robin game of the super league tri-series between NZ and NSW? NZ robbed by a dodgy forward pass call that was even worse than the one on Roger Tuivasa-Sheck this week. Refs just had to make that dream QLD/NSW "Origin" final in Brisbane come true.

my only reason on Chanel Harris-Tavita was that he seems to be ahead of AK in the pecking order at the moment and is in need of more first grade time. He also provides plenty of speed on that side (sorely lacking at the moment) and a difference on attack. AKmay be the better body, but I just havent seen him out there to know much about him.

AK was running at hooker for a stint. I don't mind as long as we get a 9-2 penalty count for us and every contentious call.
