Warriors Orange Peeler
Thanks for all entries. Remember that its the order of the 17 that take the field, final team list, that counts so you may still be in with a chance. Someone will at least win a copy of the finest piece of Warriors literature ever, in the last 3 months.

We'll allow you misnumbered lists as long as 17 names are in the correct order. Good luck...

If the team runs out 1 to 17 as named today who would be close to.winning ....I.e the most correct players
CBF going through it sorry. We'll cross that bridge on Sunday after whatever brain cells I have left have formed new connections and I remember how to get up off the floor. Usually those who are closest will declare themselves the winners so it shortlists it somewhat...

well most seem to have got Kata and Hiku in the wrong spot so that's a lot of points missed right there.....

you have Kata named as 3 and Hiku as 4.

they were named the other way round.

Its not about where they play its what number they were named at.

  1. All players must be named 1-17 in exactly the order they play on Saturday (16/03/19). If a player is named #18 in the #4 spot they will be considered as #4. Order is more important than number.
To me that means position over number matters....

I can see your point, but Kata for example was named as 4 and played at 4. There is no rule in the NRL that says 4 must be left centre

Leave that to you mt.wellington to adjudicate.

I got that and also think I was the only one who got Tohu Harris on the left. I must have won

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rugby_league_positions 11 plays on the right, but the official laws of the game has no distinction between 11 and 12, they're both just "second row forwards", unlike centres where 4 is specifically referred to as left centre. Interestingly there is a difference in position names between 8 and 10, so if we're being extra pedantic we'd need to know which side of the scrum our starting props packed down on.
