Genuine question but does he go well enough as a winger? No doubt he makes the metres with his hit ups but we have a big winger on the other side and his hands certainly have got better both on the ground and under the high ball but his positional play as a winger is questionable? He always looks a bit lost. Would have him as an impact forward to run hard at players when they tire.Maumalo went pretty good last week I thought against the dragons. Storm got off to a super fast start - inhumanely extra weetbixy fast start with kicks flying everywhere. It was their night. Let's hope they don't have any more against the warriors this season.

Cook has been the starting hooker, Lawton has been playing 30mins odd off bench(maybe except last week due to Lino). But with Lino playing FG last week and this, thats why Cook to 7 and Lawton to start at 9.
Tohu Harris, Solomone Kata and Shaun Johnson are all set to be fit. Straight in the team IMO.
Issac Luke's injury poses issues with Jazz Tevaga only suppose to be a bandaid replacement, not a genuine hooker. This is Karl Lawton's chance to step up. Rather trial him ahead of Sam Cook.
Peta Hiku gets another chance simply because there is no one else to replace him who wouldn't just weaken that edge any worse than it was tonight.
Pack to stay the same with James Gavet returning in place of Albert Vete. While Vete has more impact at the line than some players he is simply to sluggish on defence.
Time for Ligi Sao to make a return in place of tonight's debutant. His workrate and attitude has been sorely missed during both losses.
Would prefer Simon Mannering and Adam Blair swap over as all attack dies with Mannering a Blair lands his offloads better in less traffic but I don't think that will happen anytime soon...

This article says he is outside the 30 man first grade squad. And how far back has Cherrington dropped? Seems to have fallen completely off the radar.
