Anticipation is growing wondering what the final reveal will be from SK.

As suggested by some I do believe Gelling will be straight swap for "the improvement" with Mannering to replace Pulu. Papalii to ride the bikes on the sideline for 20 minutes before getting a trot out on the paddock.

But do we beat the Dragons?

Interesting choices. You reckon drop Lisone?
i would'nt be fussed either way..but change it up a fraction to keep all the players honest...give sao & satae abit more game time & see how they handle it...still a long way to go in this comp...if we push the dragons to the max & lose i'll be happy

Part of me agrees with i can still be happy under certain circumstances of a loss but fuck I'd much rathee not settle for anything less than a dominant performance against the table topping in form Dragons.

I want us to win and win after pushing the Dragons to the max then dispose of them and resend the message to the rest of the comp "don't fuck with this Warriors team!!!"

Why not? I say.

You reckon he'd be better suited than Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad?
I dunno.

Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad did pretty good in FG all in all.

Perhams just a kid in relative experience terms.

All guess work aye.

Looks like they are grooming Perham as an out and out fullback.

I don't like the way we introduce ISP kids out of position on a wing.

I get it though...supposedly eases them in....to me it's like taking a fledgling Lawyer and starting them out in the mail room....then wondering why a guy with degrees is being shown up by the regular unqualified staff.

I would be leaning towards Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, they should look after Perham, leave him at fullback, develop him properly, I would be pissed off if they start moving him around in the ISP. One position, make a spine player properly for once.

Move the leading try scorer in the comp and change the most lethal right side in the competition?

No thanks
I was in favour of moving Fusitua to avoid having to bring Gelling in to the team in Kata's spot. However, you make a good argument for keeping Hiku and Fusitua as they are.

In consideration of this, maybe Gelling to left centre may be the lesser of two evils.

Yeah I like Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad's willingness when the team had clocked out last year.

Just don't know a lot about Perham.

I'm all for if he's good enough he's old enough but don't like destroying kids against men for the sake of injury enforced changes.

In rugby Barrett came off the bench almost Gelling style for years before getting a run as big boss.

He understudied to DC, Cruden, maybe even Slade and Tom Taylor (just guessing). It's ok to develop our young guns over time.

Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad and Hiku together on defence - might as well just put a red carpet out to the right side in-goal. Of course the other option in Gelling is not much better based on what we saw in the trials. Sucks that Beale, Ayshford and now Kata all injured.

The Perham question is interesting - will he be content to sit in ISP playing FB for the next 4 years unless Roger Tuivasa-Sheck gets injured? Or would he prefer getting into 1st grade wherever he can. He can also cover 5/8th but Lino is ahead of him in that queue. I guess he's only 18 so plenty of time to decide.

So you would rather put a player who looks like the worst defensive centre that I have ever seen play who cant pass up against the most inform centre in the NRL atm?

Most of Fusituas tries have been catch and score or of a bomb which he can do from centre by simply swapping to the wing on the last.

If Gelling marks Aitken we lose simple as that. Dragons will isolate him and go there all day and will come up trumps every time.

My disruptive idea was to send Hiku (and his turnstile defence) to left centre inside Ken. My pie in the sky hunch says Hiku will number up enough to make sure Ken doesn't give Nightingale or McDonald too much space to burn him.

That means Fusitua can come in 1 to right centre and plant Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad on right wing.

Disruption my arse. No Mannering? No Shaun Johnson? They'v coped with adversity and it's time to eat some more. Come on team.

Lets get it on!!!!

This is the game we've been waiting for.

Bring your best.

I like to watch Perham play.
The man love from the commentators is a bit off putting...it's at the level where if he does something average they go into raptures.

However, he is miles ahead of the average kid in our system in areas that excite me most. He has that rugby union (admittedly a sport I know little of) awareness of using the players around you.

That makes him a ball playing fullback. His timing is excellent, he chimes into the set plays like he's Roger Tuivasa-Sheck or something...it's bloody outrageous.

He is fast, he mans up on defence, but yeah it's that pass of his that shows up our pure league boys...and it thrills me to know he was not hatched in Sydney or Brisbane.

That confirms to me that the Rugby players/dual code athletes here are a legitimate resource for the Warriors.

That confirms to me that the Rugby players here are a legitimate untapped resource for the Warriors (Hurrell pfft...get some looks at players that play ball and kick you fkn numb nuts recruiters...they don't have to be the next Dan Carter).

Young ball players in our juniors system please and lots of them.

Bang on re: rugby development. It's a better funded and structured system where the main team (All Blacks) has the record of long term success that attracts players nationally and even other nations kids to align like how Australia does with league.

I can see why Taumalolo and co went back to rep Tonga.
