Pick Your Team 2018 Rnd 20 - Titans vs Warriors

Titans 4

After the Round 19 game against the Melbourne Storm at Mt Smart Stadium do you want to see any changes for the Round 20 game against the Gold Coast Titans at Cbus Super Stadium?

Promotions?
Demotions?
Any new injury concerns?
Any returning players?
Any tweaks to the bench?

Discuss...

i was really happy to see Beale get his pace back, been too long since we had centers with some toe off the mark.

Some very good reads on defence from Beale too...I am really looking forward to what he can do with Tohu Harris back whenever that happens.

Pulu looked like a player coming off a long lay off. I don't mind if they give him another week in ISP.

If we are going to give Isaac a rest this is that game....hell go with Lawton and Jazz if needs be,

I haven't watched them for a while. Is everybody else catching up on the fitness levels or what?
I feel sorry for their coach....we keep showing worrying ill discipline and getting penalized (deservedly) out of the game.

I suspect Brian Smith will ask them to change coaches next year,...he has lost the dressing room.

Don't know if you saw the ISP game ?

Sao was a monster in a shit team.
He never brings that form into first grade.. don't forget he looks good in reserve grade because he plays against other reserve grade forwards. It's not apples to apples.

Tevaga is a workhorse but his role should not be to come on and play as a forward. I don't mind him making a cameo to chop down big forwards in the middle. Doubt he's going anywhere with Kearney picking the team.

Same team until both Pulu and Tohu Harris fit to play first grade.

I'd be open to switching Kata out for Hiku.

As I posted in the other thread:

Our run home is

Titans - should hopefully win
Dragons - 50/50 chance
Knights - should win
Bulldogs - should win - but will be difficult
Panther 50/50
Raiders - 50/50

We simply must beat the Titans/ Knights/and Bulldogs to secure our top eight spot. We need our best team in the field for these three matches and I would be tempted to play guys who have a niggle.

Going into the Melbourne match today it wasn't really a loss I was really fearing it was injuries. So if Luke pulls up ok then I will be happy.

Reactions: Defence
If kata is playing can we have him playing on the wing when on the attack ...I could just imagine Big Ken causing more damage with the ball earlier then if Kata can get one on one he can do what he does best and get his white line fever

That should be the easiest game, even the Eels beat them.

Eels are on the rise and may avoid the wooden spoon. The Dogs have some BIG BIG BIG men in their forwards but quite possibly the worst halves going around in the comp. If we strike a night where they get a massive roll on up front then it could be another Penrith match all over again. I mean they have Klemmer for one and he is still putting in big shifts. Out of the the three easy games, the dogs will be the hardest which is why we must beat the Titans. All hands on deck for it. Our first must win game of the year.
