i cant believe that people are so thin skinned that they would get so upset about an article to write a thread on it!!! they are journalists, their job is to create interest and hype up things or get people to think from a different perspective, they dont give a **** whether you agree or not. their job is to sell papers.
id much rather have this anyday than 'positive' stories about the warriors week in week out. that is one of the reasons why i visit this forum, we all express our concerns when we lose, and all celebrate and go ecstatic when we win. id much rather a person who says it like it is then a bandwagoner who just agrees with you all the time.
I think everyone would prefer that.. and that's not my problem. If the Warriors play sh*t i expect to hear about it, and vica versa. We played well last weekend considering the conditions and there were plenty of encouraging signs which Jessup chooses to completely ignore for whatever reason. And to say that it was a much improved performance is a matter of fact, rather than opinion.
My main problem is that the person writing the articles on the Warriors clearly doesn't actually give a sh*t about them. Anyone who follows the Warriors knows that Aiden Kirk is in for Patrick Ah Van, and yet he says that Steven Price is the only change to last weekends line-up. He consistently makes mistakes in his league related articles..
I don't want some Warriors fanboy writing about how "the boys lost but they tried really hard!!" .. What I want is Impartial, accurate, and intelligent reporting from someone who actually cares about the game and more importantly the Warriors.
And don't tell me to harden up, I'm not a little baby who cries when someone says the Warriors are sh*t.. I've been saying that alot myself lately. I just care about how the team and the sport are reported in the Media. Just as I would also like the people who are reporting it to care.
