to be honest can't see Latrell dropping a heap of weight to get in nick to play FB. Brad might be OK ?
He wants to play FB, it's why the Cowboys were looking at him too but are waiting for Val Holmes to make up his mind about sticking with NFL first.

I also see Luke is reportedly close to signing a one year deal with Dragons

No way Latrell is fit enough to play FB, he may want to but unless he gets his shit together, he'll be playing in the centres. If its true what they say about Madge he won't be pandering to the demands of Latrell or his manager.

Courier Mail reporting Val Holmes has signed for the cowboys for 2020.
He will struggle to be fit enough to play FB by the start of the season. Until he gets back to tip top shape they will be splashing a million dollars on a winger. Could take him the whole season plus next Pre Season to get into FB fitness.
You would have to think Latrell will be at the Tigers next year if that’s correct as well.

I think you are overstating things a bit - it’s not like Holmes as spent the past 12 months sitting on his couch playing video games.

Yeah maybe I am. But all the training he has done in America would be explosive based. Today’s Fullbacks cover so much ground in a game and IMO Holmes just doesn’t have the time to get that fitness back.
Will go well on the Wing but.

If Justin Morgan becomes the new coach at the Warriors it will be me done and dusted with the club.

He is like Iro jumps around from role to role and
cannot even secure a club in UK either in ESL or Champship One.
This seems a strange criteria. He would literally be fulfilling the thing you have against him

Vete, K. Bromwich, Kamikamica and Welch all sign extensions for the Storm.

No Tino extension is interesting for us.
read an article today that said they are thinking of putting Smith into halfback so that they can make way for Brandon at hooker.

I actually think that is a good decision. Let's Brandon play 9 with Smith still on the park. Smith would compliment Munster well in the halves.

I still think Holmes isn't a $1 million dollar player. He played that for the Sharks for the back end of last season, but leading up to that he was a rocks or diamonds winger.

Great player on his day, but him and Morgan on $2 million combined is a huge risk IMO. Both are flakes.

Latrell doesn't have the maturity to be a marque $1 million man, clearly. Huge risk from the Tigers, especially when McGuire is known for being a massive hard arse.

Storm have let both of there centres go, Chambers, and Scott. You have to give it to Bellyache if players don't fit the storm 101 playbook they're out the door. Did our management even know Scott was going on the market ?
Annnd theres the difference between them and us. Will Chambers has pretty much achieved most things in League, NRL titles, Origin Titles, World Cups, ETC and has been a great servant for the Storm and Bellamy. Time has definitely caught up with him however, we've seen that over the past 2 seasons where the young bucks are now showing him up, especially Laterell.

What does Bellamy and the Storm do ? Even after all those years of service and all those titles etc he still gets the tap on the shoulder to say, it might be time to move on mate. No love lost, no playing favorites. They KNOW what they need to do for the betterment of the club.

What do we do ? We reward players in a similar situation a massive, multi year contract......
